These terms apply to the public Sierra Pacific Nurse Consulting website. Separate engagement terms govern accepted consulting assignments and client work product.
Informational website
The website provides general information about legal nurse consulting and AI medical record validation services. Website content is not legal advice, medical advice, expert testimony, or a clinical opinion about any person or matter.
No engagement created
Visiting the website or sending an inquiry does not create a consultant-client relationship, confidentiality obligation beyond applicable law, or agreement to accept an assignment. An engagement begins only after scope, conflicts, terms, and required agreements are confirmed in writing.
No protected information through the public site
Do not submit medical records or protected health information through public website channels or ordinary email. Sierra Pacific will identify an appropriate transfer process after an assignment has been evaluated and accepted.
Service descriptions and pricing
Website descriptions and starting prices are general information, not a binding quote. Final scope, timing, fee, deliverable, travel, and record-handling requirements depend on the specific assignment and written engagement terms.
Professional boundaries
Legal nurse consulting may include clinical record analysis, chronology development, validation, observation, and attorney-directed consulting. Sierra Pacific does not provide legal representation. Matters requiring a specialty opinion, causation testimony, or jurisdiction-specific expert qualification may require another appropriately qualified professional.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by Sierra Pacific Nursing, PC. You may view and reference the site for legitimate informational purposes but may not reproduce substantial portions, misrepresent the source, interfere with the site, or use it unlawfully.
